So, what game should I make for the PICO-8?

I want to do a demake of something fun, with a simple mechanic that doesn't require too much artwork (where I often spend too much time tweaking) 🤔

I played @BinaryZoo's DUO a lot, that was fun. It's a kind of Asteroids on steroids game.

It takes a simple mechanic (move left/right + shoot) and builds on it through a bunch of levels that are always the right balance of challenging & fun!
